We know that having a new bathroom installed can be stressful, but we’ll do everything in our power to make the whole process as quick and easy as possible

We promise that:

·       All work will be carried out by our own in-house team of tradesmen from start to finish.

·       All work is fully insured and guaranteed.

·       We’ll make sure your home is left clean and tidy at the end of each day.

·       Our team will treat you and your property with respect. We wear protective shoe coverings and put down floor coverings to protect your flooring and furnishings.

·       We won’t leave you without access to the toilet or bathroom – we carefully project manage work to make sure you can continue to use your facilities throughout the renovation.

·       You’ll be kept up to date on progress throughout the project.

·       All work will be quoted and a price agreed before we start work. In the rare occasion that there are changes to the job specification once we start work, we will discuss this with you and agree on the best course of action before we continue.

How we work

We’re delighted that you’re considering Lancashire Living Bathrooms for your bathroom improvements or renovation.

For each project we follow five simple steps:

1.     Get in touch with our friendly team and let us know how we can help. We might need to visit your home to see the space and discuss your requirements and ideas in more detail. 

2.     We will design a bathroom layout, provide illustrations and a quote for the works. We can bring samples of tiles, flooring etc to your home to choose from if you prefer. 

3.     On approval of the quote we will arrange a start date with you.
Please note, at the moment we are booked 4 months in advance so there may be a short wait. 

4.     A small deposit will need to be paid and we will order your sanitaryware, tiles, flooring, fixtures and fittings.

5.     Our dream team will get to work installing your beautiful new bathroom!
